Three of us do, at different levels: Emilia at C1, Dávid at intermediate level and Aron at basic working level. Day-to-day delivery normally runs in English. Reports and steering-group material can be produced in Swedish.
Aron and Dávid are based in Stockholm and Tünde in Skåne. The others work remotely from Hungary, in the same time zone as Sweden, and come on site for kick-offs, workshops and cutovers by agreement.
Dotnet Sweden AB, a Swedish limited company that Aron has run since 2014 and that is approved for F-skatt. You get one agreement and one invoice, whoever carries out the assignment.
On time and materials or against agreed milestones. You get the rate together with the consultant's CV, and there are no hidden mark-ups on top of it.
